Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests, managing the Jira ticket queue and other intake channels
  • Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for various devices and support collaboration tools


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT help desk, service desk, or systems administration role
  • Practical administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune or similar platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across PCs, Macs, and common SaaS applications
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira and familiarity with networking and firewall technologies
