Junior IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior IT Support/Enterprise Architect to support U.S. Navy's Team Submarine Program Offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front line support to users at the Washington Navy Yard and remotely
• Field, update, and close various service tickets and requests
• Support and manage different Navy Systems and assist with app management and SharePoint queries

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related fields
• 1 year of experience in IT Support, including internships or assistantships
• 1 year of group experience in Help Desk or Customer Service
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and ticketing systems
