Junior IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior IT Systems Engineer - Endpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Support endpoint provisioning, deployment, refresh, and recovery activities using Intune/Autopilot workflows
• Assist with the configuration, testing, and maintenance of endpoint policies and security baselines
• Perform routine troubleshooting for Windows devices and support endpoint patching and update processes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in information technology or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 1-3 years of experience in Desktop Support, Service Desk, or endpoint-focused IT roles
• Foundational technical troubleshooting skills across Windows endpoints and common peripherals
• Exposure to modern endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot preferred
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services and ITSM concepts
