Junior IT Technician (Student)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior IT Technician (Student only, Hungary).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide service and support for computers, primarily Mac
• Respond to troubleshooting and service requests through a ticketing system
• Manage and track IT assets using inventory tracking software

Required Qualifications

• Interest in Computer Science
• Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
• Experience in IT and IT Security is a plus
• Ability to provide internal IT support on Google Suite
• Familiarity with project management and AI-related tools is beneficial
