Junior Java Developer

Job Summary

To support high-impact client projects, the full-time Junior Java Developer will develop software and web applications using Java and related technologies while collaborating with team members to achieve sprint goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software and web applications utilizing Java 8/J2EE and frameworks such as React.js and Angular
• Create and maintain automated system tests while collaborating with testers to resolve defects
• Research alternative technologies to support continuous improvement and present findings for architectural review

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science (CS)
• 0-1 year of practical experience in Java coding
• Familiarity with Spring, Maven, Angular frameworks, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and basic programming skills in OOP concepts
• Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query skills
