Junior Java Developer

Job Summary

To support full-stack development efforts, the full-time Junior Java Developer will create scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and modern front-end technologies while participating in Agile Scrum teams and ensuring code quality through reviews and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and various front-end technologies
• Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure application reliability and adherence to best practices
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and deployment procedures

Required qualifications

• Experience with Java and JavaScript programming languages
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle and object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query language skills
• Up to 1 year of practical experience in Java coding preferred
• Familiarity with Spring, Maven, React.js, HTML, and CSS is advantageous
