Junior Java Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr Software Engineer - Java.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with the product team to understand feature requirements and write functional and unit test specifications
• Develop and maintain REST APIs using the Spring Boot framework and Postgres database
• Collaborate with front-end developers and troubleshoot customer-reported issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with OOP, Java/J2EE, Multi-Threading, and Data Structures/Algorithms
• 2+ years of experience with Spring MVC framework and REST-API/JAX-RS
• Strong experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Experience with large scale distributed computing systems and microservices architecture
• Experience in cloud management and orchestration (AWS, Azure, GPC) is a plus
