Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Junior Lab Engineer for a hybrid role in Englewood, CO, who will conduct lab-based experimentation and analysis related to RF signals and network infrastructure while collaborating with senior engineers on innovative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lab-based experimentation and analysis related to RF signals, spectrum, and network infrastructure
• Analyze signal data including magnitude, phase, frequency behavior, and propagation characteristics
• Collaborate across engineering, R&D, and testing teams to advance exploratory projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; Computer Science or related technical degree considered with strong EE fundamentals
• Academic or hands-on exposure to signals, Digital Signal Processing (DSP), RF systems, or microwave theory
• Comfort with complex, physics-driven problems
• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity
• Coursework or projects involving Maxwell's equations or electromagnetic theory
