Junior Lab Operations Technician
Job Summary
Providing frontline support for lab and client systems, the full-time Junior Lab Operations Technician will manage tickets, perform basic troubleshooting, and assist with hardware and software deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned tickets and complete tasks within SLA requirements
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for hardware, operating systems, and connectivity issues
- Assist with deploying new client and server systems and configuring remote access
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware and operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Ability to perform BIOS/IFWI re-flashing and basic maintenance activities
- Strong documentation skills
