Junior Legal Counsel
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to provide foundational legal support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and revise commercial agreements and other legal documents
- Conduct research on laws and regulations, providing summaries and recommendations
- Assist with compliance programs and corporate filings, while identifying legal risks
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
