Junior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join their team in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including tracking deadlines and renewals
• Conduct legal research on relevant topics and assist in developing internal legal processes

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 1-3+ years of relevant legal experience
• Strong interest in transitioning to an in-house role
