Junior LMS Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior LMS Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of LMS operations, including course setup and user access
• Troubleshoot platform issues and maintain day-to-day operations
• Build automated workflows to streamline processes and manage training records

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance or Public Trust (Tier III)
• 3-5 years of experience in LMS administration or instructional technology
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
• Basic understanding of data reporting and dashboards
• Experience with Point or similar collaboration tools (preferred)
