Junior Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Corporate Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify that loan applications are complete and accurate
• Communicate with Loan Originators to obtain necessary documentation for loan qualification
• Review loans for compliance with mortgage-related regulations and manage the loan pipeline

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years' residential mortgage experience
• Experience with RESPA regulations
• Familiarity with Encompass software
• Knowledge of mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including Regulation Z and Regulation B
