A company is looking for a Junior Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy
• Communicate with loan officers, customers, and underwriters to obtain necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years' residential mortgage experience
• Experience with RESPA regulations
• Encompass experience
• Familiarity with mortgage and consumer lending regulations preferred
