Junior Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver Initial and Changed Circumstance Disclosures in compliance with TRID requirements
• Review loan applications for completeness and compliance with mortgage lending regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient loan processing

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 2+ years of residential mortgage experience preferred
• Experience with mortgage disclosures and compliance with relevant regulations
• Experience with Encompass and DU/LP findings preferred
• Understanding of mortgage loan documents and processing workflows
