Junior Loan Processor

Job Summary

Supporting the customer journey from application to funding, the fully remote Junior Loan Processor will assist in gathering documentation, managing a pipeline of 50-60 loan closings per month, and ensuring compliance with TRID regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather required documentation and obtain Initial Closing Disclosure signatures for timely closings
• Manage a pipeline of loan closings, ensuring minimum submission requirements are met
• Assist team members with borrower requests and maintain excellent customer service throughout the process

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage operations and/or processing
• Experience using Encompass, Blend, and/or Google Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven success working 100% remote in prior positions
• Comfortable with change and working in a fast-paced, startup environment
