Junior Management Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Enterprise, the full-time fully remote Junior Management Analyst will conduct financial and analytical research, assist with technical writing and program documentation, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial and analytical research to support DHA-FE program requirements
- Assist in developing written communications, including policy drafts and leadership updates
- Support business process improvements and strategic planning initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, finance, marketing, or operations management
- Five years of relevant experience in Military Health System financial analysis or technical writing
- Two years of experience with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise updates for senior leadership
