Junior Manual QA Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Manual QA Tester to support a large-scale healthcare payer transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases across integrated healthcare applications and business workflows
• Participate in Functional, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in manual software testing / QA
• Hands-on experience manually testing enterprise applications
• Prior exposure to healthcare payer environments strongly preferred
• Experience with Functional, Integration, Regression Testing, and UAT support
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps)
