Junior Medical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare recruitment team, the full-time Junior Medical Recruiter will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes while working remotely nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Medical Recruiter to maintain and update facility sheets and assist with job postings
• Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates and manage follow-ups on leads through various communication methods
• Maintain candidate records in recruitment systems and assist with onboarding timelines and documentation

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent recruiting experience required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study is preferred
• Experience with Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet-based research
• Knowledge of basic Human Resource principles and best practices in recruiting
