Junior Medical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Junior Medical Recruiter will assist in updating facility sheets, screening candidates, and managing onboarding processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Medical Recruiter to maintain and update facility sheets and job postings
• Assist in screening candidates, conducting reference checks, and managing onboarding timelines
• Source candidates through networking, cold calling, and online databases while providing information about Vituity and open positions

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent recruiting experience required
• Experience with Taleo preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management
• Knowledge of basic Human Resource principles and best practices in recruiting
