Junior Medical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the part-time Junior Medical Recruiter will assist the Senior Medical Recruiter with candidate screening, maintain facility sheets, and conduct outreach to potential hires in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with updating facility sheets and opening requisitions for new sites
• Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates and manage candidate records in the recruitment system
• Support outreach efforts to identify and source potential candidates through various channels

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent recruiting experience required
• Experience with Taleo is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management
• Knowledge of basic Human Resource principles and best practices in recruiting
