Junior Medical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the recruitment efforts in emergency medicine, the part-time Junior Medical Recruiter will assist the Senior Medical Recruiter with updating facility sheets, screening candidates, and managing onboarding processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating facility sheets and job postings
• Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates and manage reference checks
• Support onboarding processes and maintain candidate records in recruitment systems

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent recruiting experience required
• Experience with Taleo is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management
• Knowledge of basic Human Resource principles and best practices in recruiting
