Junior Medical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the recruitment efforts in emergency medicine, the full-time Junior Medical Recruiter will assist the Senior Medical Recruiter with updating facility sheets, screening candidates, and managing onboarding processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Medical Recruiter to maintain and update facility sheets and job postings
• Assist in screening candidates and conducting reference checks while managing candidate records in recruitment systems
• Source and engage potential candidates through networking, cold calling, and social media

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent recruiting experience required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with Taleo is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management
• Knowledge of basic human resource principles and best practices in recruiting
