Junior Medical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the part-time Junior Medical Recruiter will assist in updating facility sheets, screening candidates, and managing onboarding processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Medical Recruiter to maintain and update facility information and job postings
• Assist in screening candidates and conducting reference checks as needed
• Manage candidate records and onboarding timelines using Taleo and Phenom systems

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent recruiting experience required
• Experience with Taleo is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and database management
• Knowledge of basic human resource principles and best practices in recruiting
