Junior MLS Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior MLS Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of MLS data with vendors and boards
• Maintain detailed subscriber lists and client/vendor statuses in CRM
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve compliance issues promptly

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, preferably face-to-face or telephone-based
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of GitHub, SQL, and REST APIs
• Ability to read and edit simple HTML documents
• Experience or understanding of Real Estate MLS operations is an asset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
