Junior Mortgage Banker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Inside Junior Mortgage Banker to develop in the sales field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a dialer to make outbound phone calls to warm leads
• Support a top producing Senior Vice President with lead generation and follow-up
• Manage leads in the CRM and provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

• High school degree or GED required; 2-4 year college degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in sales or related fields preferred
• Must be comfortable working on a computer while on the phone
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong sales acumen
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
