Key Responsibilities

Assist in processing applications for submission to underwriting
Collaborate with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and other stakeholders
Upload file documentation into loan origination software and ensure confidentiality of client files

Required Qualifications

Previous mortgage experience required
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures and regulations
Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
