Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Reverse Mortgage Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor key dates related to loan transactions and respond accordingly
• Manage information in client and referral partner databases and enter data into the loan origination system
• Prepare loan files for submission to processing and underwriting departments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One to two years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
• Does not require an active MLO licensing
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
