Junior Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Network Engineer to join their global IT support team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage network gear and SaaS services, including initial issue triage
• Perform network maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
• Support critical network technologies including Cisco Meraki Switches, Wireless Access Points, Firewalls, routers, and VPNs

Required Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and monitoring
• Familiarity with IT operations management software and ticketing systems
• Prior experience in remote support environments is beneficial
