Junior NOC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior NOC Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure in real-time to ensure availability and performance
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues, outages, and performance degradations
• Perform routine maintenance and support the implementation of approved network changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
• Training or practical experience in network operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Fundamental understanding of network management tools and technologies
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant network certifications are highly desirable
• Requires an Interim DoD Secret or comparable clearance
