Job Summary

To support a growing Branded Onboarding team, the full-time Junior Onboarding Specialist will guide clients through seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring technical setup and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Host white-labeled onboarding and technical setup calls with 100% checklist accuracy
  • Complete all pre- and post-call tasks to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, addressing concerns and escalating issues as needed
Required qualifications
  • Working knowledge of GoHighLevel, including sub-accounts and integrations
  • Experience in customer-facing or onboarding support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in the onboarding process
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English
  • Self-motivated with effective task management skills
