Job Summary
To support a growing Branded Onboarding team, the full-time Junior Onboarding Specialist will guide clients through seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring technical setup and compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Host white-labeled onboarding and technical setup calls with 100% checklist accuracy
- Complete all pre- and post-call tasks to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, addressing concerns and escalating issues as needed
Required qualifications
- Working knowledge of GoHighLevel, including sub-accounts and integrations
- Experience in customer-facing or onboarding support roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in the onboarding process
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English
- Self-motivated with effective task management skills
