Job Summary

Providing business and client support services, the full-time Junior Operations Analyst will assist with incident resolution, technology adoption, and training end users while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Resolve incidents and provide white-glove support for executives while adhering to internal processes and SLAs
  • Conduct audits and develop recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and quality
  • Create operational standards and deliver engaging system presentations to internal teams
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical area preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for data and operational processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
