Job Summary
Providing business and client support services, the full-time Junior Operations Analyst will assist with incident resolution, technology adoption, and training end users while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve incidents and provide white-glove support for executives while adhering to internal processes and SLAs
- Conduct audits and develop recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and quality
- Create operational standards and deliver engaging system presentations to internal teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical area preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for data and operational processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
