Job Summary
Providing technical support and assistance, the full-time Junior Operations Technician will engage with clients on hydroelectric equipment installations and operations while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective quality metrics in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to clients regarding hydroelectric equipment installations and operations
- Maintain daily communication with clients and technicians about equipment status and issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and internal procedures while participating in relevant training
Required qualifications
- Completed technical education in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electronics, or Mechatronics
- Practical experience with the operation, maintenance, and installation of hydroelectric equipment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work on-site in Igarapava/SP
