Junior Partnership Associate

Job Summary

To build and maintain a network of athletic facility partners, the remote Junior Partnership Associate will conduct outreach to gyms and training centers, facilitate partnership discussions, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure successful collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to athletic facilities that align with the student-athlete profile
• Conduct discovery conversations to explain partnership benefits and close new agreements
• Maintain relationships with existing partners through regular check-ins and performance tracking

Required qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development
• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain relationships with partners
• Familiarity with youth sports and athletic training environments
• Experience using CRM tools for partner management
• Reliable home setup with necessary technology for remote work
