Job Summary
A company is looking for a Jr. Associate, People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data integrity by processing employee transactions in Workday with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate compliance administration for unemployment claims, worker's compensation, and I-9 verification
- Provide Tier 1 support for employee inquiries regarding HR processes and benefits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Extreme attention to detail to maintain data integrity and compliance
- Strong technical and analytical skills, particularly in Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to support
- Preferred experience using Workday for HR data management
