Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Associate, People Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure data integrity by processing employee transactions in Workday with 100% accuracy
  • Coordinate compliance administration for unemployment claims, worker's compensation, and I-9 verification
  • Provide Tier 1 support for employee inquiries regarding HR processes and benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Extreme attention to detail to maintain data integrity and compliance
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, particularly in Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to support
  • Preferred experience using Workday for HR data management
