Job Summary
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, the full-time Junior Policy Analyst will produce accurate policy analysis for assigned jurisdictions, deliver written outputs, and support client relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Independently produce timely policy analysis covering federal, state, and local legislative developments
- Deliver written outputs such as summaries, trackers, and reports with guidance from senior team members
- Manage personal workload across multiple deadlines and assist in client communications during meetings
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in policy research, government, or consulting
- Bachelor's degree in political science, government, economics, public policy, or a related field
- Strong interest in the intersection of politics, policy, and technology
- Experience using data to support analysis and communicate insights
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
