Junior Prisma Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting a large-scale firewall migration initiative, the remote Junior Prisma Engineer will focus on migrating legacy firewall environments to Palo Alto Prisma solutions while providing troubleshooting and operational support throughout the transition.

Key responsibilities

• Support the migration of legacy firewall environments to Palo Alto Prisma platforms
• Configure, deploy, and optimize Prisma security solutions across enterprise environments
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, security policy, and application access issues during migration activities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Professional Services or consulting experience supporting enterprise network security environments
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma solutions
• Strong firewall configuration and migration experience
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP networking, and BGP routing
• Hands-on experience with at least one legacy firewall vendor, including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Symantec, or Check Point
