Job Summary
A company is looking for a Process Improvement Analyst (Junior).
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through management and business improvement initiatives using continuous process improvement strategies
- Develop methods for problem solving and process change ensuring enterprise-wide integration
- Identify best practices and evaluate performance metrics through data analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or 8 additional years of experience in lieu of education
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience, including internships
- Ability to pass a US Government background investigation
- Experience with communication campaigns
- Ability to abstract and communicate complex requirements effectively
