Junior Producer

Job Summary

To support a short-term project, the contracted Junior Producer will manage the execution of specific corporate deliverables remotely, ensuring successful completion within a total of 3 hours while collaborating with internal stakeholders and maintaining quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of one specific deliverable, managing timelines and resource alignment
• Work closely with the facilitator and internal stakeholders to align on project goals and execution
• Review final materials to ensure they meet project requirements and incorporate requested revisions

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a producer on corporate projects, preferably in Production, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Business Administration
• Fluency in English and French
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and formatting
• Ability to adapt quickly in a creative environment and meet strict deadlines
• Familiarity with Google Enterprise tools, Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is a plus
