Junior Producer (Fluent Japanese)

Job Summary

To support a short-term project, the contracted Junior Producer (Fluent Japanese) will manage the execution of a specific corporate deliverable, ensuring completion within 3 hours while collaborating with internal stakeholders and maintaining quality standards, all in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of the project deliverable, managing timelines and quality assurance
• Collaborate with team members to align on project goals and communicate responsibilities clearly
• Review final materials to ensure they meet project requirements and incorporate necessary revisions

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in production, communications, journalism, public relations, or business administration
• Fluency in Japanese
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to adapt quickly in a creative environment and meet strict deadlines
• Familiarity with Google Enterprise tools, Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is a plus
