Junior Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing product design team, the full-time Junior Product Designer will engage in the design process from research to implementation, creating user-centered experiences for software products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Apply structured problem-framing and participate in discovery sessions to articulate design challenges
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation that communicate design intent and support decision-making
• Participate in user research activities and shadow support sessions to build understanding of user needs and product usage

Required qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in product design, UX design, or a related role
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking and interaction design across digital products
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools
• Familiarity with UX research methods and willingness to contribute to research activities
• Curiosity about product functionality from technical and user perspectives
