Junior Product Designer with Clearance
Job Summary
To support a digital transformation program, the full-time Junior Product Designer with Clearance will assist in human-centered design activities, translating user needs into intuitive digital solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support discovery to identify automation, dashboard, AI, and workflow improvement opportunities
- Assist with user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions to inform product concepts and designs
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation to enhance user experience
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in product design, UX, HCD, or related fields; relevant internships or portfolio work may be considered
- Bachelor's degree in HCD, HCI, UX, design, or a related field
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and clear design documentation
- Basic understanding of user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret-level security clearance
