Junior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant capital UX and partner-facing APIs, the full-time Junior Product Manager will work remotely in North America, focusing on measurable outcomes, partner integration adoption, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle for servicing flows and money movement, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
• Develop and prioritize a roadmap tied to specific metrics such as conversion, adoption, and margin outcomes
• Conduct user and partner research, writing detailed specifications for engineering teams to build from

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or developer-facing platforms
• Experience with API documentation and product shipping related to APIs
• Fluency in SQL for data analysis and metric monitoring
• Familiarity with money movement concepts such as ACH and split payouts
• Strong written communication skills for asynchronous decision-making
