Junior Product Manager

Job Summary

To support healthcare modernization initiatives, the remote Junior Product Manager will build and maintain product backlogs, develop roadmaps for clinical automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams over a 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Build, prioritize, edit, and maintain product backlogs aligned to modernization objectives
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps supporting formulary and clinical automation initiatives
• Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, epics, and technical requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related experience
• Experience in Healthcare, PBM, Pharmacy, Clinical, Formulary, or Utilization Management
• Proven experience in building and managing product roadmaps
• Strong Agile experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Aha
