Junior Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the NC Health Connex system, the full-time Junior Product Manager will lead quality improvement efforts and agile development processes remotely, focusing on designing metrics, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve healthcare program evaluations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply healthcare quality improvement methodologies to evaluate processes and recommend data-driven improvements
• Design and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using clinical and operational healthcare data
• Conduct program evaluations through survey design, statistical analysis, and translating findings into actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience applying quality improvement methodologies in healthcare
• 3 years of experience developing dashboards and visualizations from clinical datasets
• 3 years of experience in program evaluation, survey design, and statistical analysis
• Experience synthesizing complex health data for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to facilitate focus groups and conduct thematic analysis
