Junior Product Owner - Zelle

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Product Owner - Zelle Payments Gateway.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts and Product Managers to support the delivery of Zelle payments products
• Partner with Engineering teams to translate product vision into actionable requirements for the Zelle gateway
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Zelle products, guiding internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner role
• Previous experience with Zelle products and understanding of US payment schemes
• Proven ability to write user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Technical experience with API and cloud-based products
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights
