Junior Product Support Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Product Support Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with automating report analysis and creation, and creating support process documentation
• Perform data analysis and manage software and hardware lifecycle
• Build forms and workflows in SharePoint and create standard templates in AHA, Confluence, and SharePoint

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or electronics technology discipline
• Knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and AHA
• Experience with creating macros and charting in Excel
• Familiarity with operating systems and CVE procedures
