Junior Production Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Production Assistant to assist origination staff with loan setup and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documents and entering application information into the Encompass loan system
• Communicate with customers and third parties involved in the mortgage loan transaction
• Order and collect additional loan documentation as required

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of experience in operations such as Processing, Underwriting, or Loan Setup
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs
• Experience with Encompass 360 loan system
• Familiarity with federal and state guidelines like RESPA, TILA, and HMDA
