Junior Production Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Production Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist origination staff with loan setup by preparing and reviewing loan documents
• Accurately enter loan application information into the Encompass loan system
• Order and collect additional loan documentation from various parties involved in the loan process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in operations such as Processing, Underwriting, or Loan Setup
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs
• Experience with Encompass 360
• Familiarity with federal and state guidelines, rules, and regulations such as RESPA and TILA
