Junior Production Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Production Coordinator who will be responsible for processing online orders and supporting client and vendor communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and release online orders to vendors for multiple production modules
• Facilitate communication between vendors and manage quality control checks
• Document vendor performance feedback and assist in troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English, including reading and writing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in print production
• Familiarity with traditional print production workflows and vendor capabilities
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite software and prepress skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and multitask across various platforms
